By accessing or using the Dike Life website (https://dike.life) and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Services

Dike Life offers software development services and operates its own software products. Service engagements are governed by individual project agreements between Dike Life and the client. In the event of a conflict, the project agreement prevails over these terms.

Wholesale Whale and Dike Habits are separate products with their own terms of service. Use of those products is governed by their respective terms, not these website terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
  • Interfere with the site's operation or other users' access
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content in a way that degrades site performance
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form
  • Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content

We may suspend or restrict access to the site for any user who violates these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, and logos — is the property of Dike Life unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Client work is owned by the client upon delivery and full payment, as specified in individual project agreements.

Our total liability for any claim related to this website shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dike Life in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Project engagements

Software development services are provided under individual project agreements that specify scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and intellectual property ownership. These website terms supplement — but do not override — individual project agreements.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For project engagements, the governing law and dispute resolution mechanism specified in the project agreement shall apply instead.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
